摘  要:GH4169合金作为一种时效硬化的高温合金,其析出相的种类和形态对性能具有决定性的作用。为了解GH4169合金主要析出相γ″的析出规律与分布特征,本文采用了差热分析与显微组织观察相结合的方法。通过对等温时间、等温温度、以及冷却速率三个影响因素的研究表明,相较于等温温度和等温时间,冷却速率对γ″相的析出起始温度具有更大的影响,其析出温度随冷速的增加而降低;同时,升温过程中亚稳γ″相会发生向稳定δ相的转变,而δ相的析出在冷却过程中又会抑制γ″的形成。As a kind of age hardening high temperature alloy, the types and forms of precipitates have a decisive effect on the mechani- cal properties of alloy GH4169. In order to investigate the distribution and precipitation features of γ″ phase which is the main precipitated phase in alloy GH4169, differential thermal analysis and micro-structure observation are conducted in this paper. Through the study on three influential factors including the isothermal time, the isothermal temperature and the cooling rate, results show that compared with the isothermal temperature and time, the cooling rate has a greater impact on the precipitation temperature of γ″ phase. And the precipitation temperature decreases with the increase of the cooling rate. At the same time, the metastable γ″ phase changes to stable δ phase in the heating process, while the δ phase inhibits the precipitation of γ″ phase in the cooling process.
