摘 要:智能变电站内二次工作的一大难题是站控层及以下通信系统的维护,包括MMS、GOOSE、SV等DL/T860通信部分。由于维护人员专业技能提高的滞后性,通信技术的快速推广带来了一些维护上的困难,通信系统维护工作中"牵一发而动全身"成为普遍现象。为克服实际工作中不敢检修的现状,提出了通信模拟装置的方案,在保证不出现通信中断的条件下,维护人员可实现检修设备和运行设备的物理隔离,大大提高了检修工作的安全性。在变电站扩建时,被扩建间隔的通信调试需要和变电站运行部分配合,通信模拟装置的使用可大幅减少调试过程中对运行部分的影响,减轻了维护人员的工作压力。The communication maintenance in smart substation is a tough task when performing secondary work related to MMS, GOOSE and SV frames based on DLfT860. The technical capability of the utilities cannot develop as fast as the manufacturer. Some maintenance difficulties came out in newly-built smart substation. The maintenance work in one bay may affect the function of the whole substation. In some area, the risk of maintenance is not under control of the utilities. Communication simulator is mentioned for the safety of secondary testing work. Running part and testing part of substation is separated physically. No communication error warning will appear due to the use of communication simulator. The risk of secondary maintenance is reduced. In the expansion of the substation, the new bay under construction will communicate with the running part, the use of communication simulator will reduce the effect of the new bay to the substation. The workino pressure of the utilities drops dramatically.
