摘  要:目的:研究白术-白芍不同比例配伍对水提液中有效成分含量的影响,探求药对的最佳配伍比例。方法:运用HPLC切换波长法考察白术、白芍单独水提液与白术-白芍药对不同比例配伍共提液中芍药苷、白术内酯(Ⅰ、Ⅲ)的含量变化情况。结果:与白术、白芍单提液相比,白术-白芍(1∶1,2∶3,1∶2,2∶5,3∶2,2∶1,5∶2)7个比例配伍后芍药苷、白术内酯(Ⅰ、Ⅲ)的含量均有不同程度的提高。结论:白术与白芍配伍后,对彼此有效成分的溶出有一定的促进作用,白术-白芍药对的最佳配伍比例为2∶3。Objective : To optimize the compatibility proportion of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae - Radix Paeoni- ae Alba via determining the content of active constituents in water - extraction solution of different compatibility propor- tion. Method: The high :performance liquid chromatography with switching wavelength was performed on the content deter- mination of peoniflorin, atractylenolide Ⅰand atractylenolide Ⅲ in single extraction solution and different compatibility proportion extraction solution of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Radix Paeoniae Alba. Result Compared to sin- gle extraction solution, the contents of peoniflorin, atractylenolide Ⅰ and atractylenolideⅢ in 7 compatibility proportion extraction solution of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae - Radix Paeoniae Alba ( 1 : 1,2 : 3,1 : 2,2 : 5,3 : 2,2 : 1,5 : 2) were increased in various degrees. Conclusion The compatibility use of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae - Radix Paeoniae Alba can improve the dissolution of active constituents and the optimization compatibility proportion is 2 : 3.
