摘　　要：随着材料技术及机械加工的不断提高,工业设备不断的向大型化方向发展,如何保证大型设备的稳定可靠运行,减少设备故障停机及计划维修造成的大量浪费,本文详细介绍了SPM振动监测系统在低速重载减速器轴承监测中的应用,并对实际故障案例进行了分析。With the continuous improvement of materials technology and mechanical processing,the development direction of industrial equipment is large scale.How to ensure the stable and reliable operation of large-scale equipment,reduce waste caused by equipment downtime and maintenance fault,this paper introduces the SPM vibration monitoring system in bearing monitoring of low speed and heavy load gear reducer,and analyzes the actual fault cases.
