摘　　要：本文基于浙江省不动产登记的现状和不动产登记信息的特点,提出不动产登记信息管理平台和数据库设计思路,并在浙江省不动产登记信息管理平台建设中得到应用,成功实施全省六个市不动产登记并将不动产登记信息实时报送国土资源部。Based on the current situation of Real estate registration of Zhejiang and the characteristic of information of real estate registration, the paper proposed the design of the information management platform of real estate registration and the design of the database of real estate registration, and the design had been practiced in Real estate registration information management platform of Zhejiang, successfully implemented the registration of six cities of Zhejiang and successfully submitted the information of real estate registration to the Ministry of Land and Resources of the People＇s Republic of China
