摘　　要：介绍盐酸清洗亚临界强制循环汽包炉的清洗系统设计、工艺改进及实际清洗过程,归水冷壁管采用改进后的清洗系统和清洗工艺,获得了令人满意的效果,清洗后的水冷壁管及汽包内壁呈银灰色,无镀铜、二次锈、晶粒析出及附着物,用滤纸擦不出污物,并形成致密性保护膜。The ysstem design,technology improvement and practical process of hydrochloric acid cleaning for subcritical enforced circulating drum boiler were intro duced in thin paper. the improved cleaning system and process were used to clean new and oid water cooling wall tubes and satisfactory cleaning results were obtained. After cleaning the colour of the water wall tube and drum fumace wall is sitvor gray,and there are no copper,secondary rust,grain precipitation,and attaenments on them,wipe no thirt with filter paper,And form a dense protective film.
