摘　　要：在现代化进程中,资本、技术、人力与土地的有机结合,使农村土地具有了较大增值空间,也给农村土地腐败带来了可乘之机。农村土地腐败问题之所以产生,利益驱动下的多元主体竞相介入获取利益是土地腐败的内在驱动力。不同利益主体之间通过各种策略相互博弈,在利益冲突中相互妥协并构建利益结盟,是土地腐败的实践过程表达。在多元主体参与的博弈中,权力主体与资本主体各有所图,权力主体在维护公共利益的同时追求个人利益,资本主体具有趋利性。为实现各自利益最大化,有权主体往往利用掌握的权力与能够带来巨大经济利益的资本主体相互交融、妥协,进而共谋,达成共识,侵害广大农民的合法土地财产权利,农村土地腐败由此产生。当然,防止土地腐败问题的发生,还需要从法制建设、制度建设等层面寻找突破口。In the process of modernization, the organic combination of capital, technology, manpower and land gives rural land greater value-added space, which also brings opportunity to corruption. As to the problem of rural land corruption, the participation of multiple subiects with each own interests to gain benefit is the internal driving force. Through various strategies, different interest subjects play games and form alliances of interests by compromising with each other, which is the expression of practice process of land corruption. In the game participated by multi-subject, both the power subject and capital subject have their respective interests. The power subiect maintains public interests and at the same time pursues personal interests, while the capital subject prefers more profits. In order to achieve the maximization of own interests, the power subject using the power in hand mingles with the capital subject who can bring huge economic benefits, by compromising with each other and then reaching a consensus with each other, they harm the legitimate land property rights of farmers, resulting in rural land corruption. Of course, to prevent land corruption, there is also a need to find breakthrough in the aspects as legal construction, system construction.
