摘 要:本研究以大叶蛇葡萄为材料,采用RIN值作为总RNA质量评价的主要标准,并结合凝胶电泳图谱和Agilent 2100电泳图谱进行对照分析,比较了大叶蛇葡萄不同采样时间、器官及个体植株的RNA提取效果差异。结果表明:5月份采样中提取的RNA质量优于8月份、10月份;果实中提取的RNA质量优于花和叶;低海拔植株中提取的RNA质量优于高海拔植株。该研究以同一种RNA提取方法为基础,对各种来源的植物材料进行比较分析,为研究植物RNA提取效果的影响因素提供了新的参考。In this research, A mpelopsis megalophylla was the main material and RIN value was selected as the main standard to evaluate the total RNA quality. The quality of RNA was also analyzed combining with gel electrophoresis and Agilent 2100 electrophoresis. The extraction effect of RNA was compared with different sampling time, organs and individual plant of Ampelopsis megalophylla. The results indicated that the quality of RNA extracted from the sample collecting in May was better than that in August and October, the quality of RNA extracted from the fi-uit was better than that of flower and leaf, and the quality of RNA extracted from the low altitude plant was better than that of the high altitude plant. The research compared and analyzed different plant materials with the same RNA extraction method, and it provided a new reference for the research on the influence factor of extraction in plant RNA.
