摘 要:番茄是一种世界范围内种植的蔬菜作物,随着番茄基因组测序的大规模完成,转录组学在番茄研究中发挥着无可替代的作用。转录组学作为功能基因组学的代表,在植物抗病、抗逆的过程中有着诸多应用。转录组学的研究可以从整体的水平上反映出细胞中基因的表达情况及其调控规律。本综述主要介绍了转录组学的主要技术及其原理,同时结合转录组学在番茄中的一些应用来展开,为研究番茄复杂的农艺性状的分子机制、不同的发育阶段基因表达调控网络等提供理论依据。Tomato is a kind of vegetable crop which is widely planted around the world. With the large-scale completion of tomato genome sequencing, transcriptomics has played an irreplaceable role in tomato study. As the representative of the functional genomics, transcriptomics is widely applied in the processes of the disease resistan- ce and stress resistance in plants. The study of transcriptomics can show the expressions of gene in cells and their regulation rules from the overall level. This review mainly introduced the main techniques and mechanisms of transcriptomics, and also discussed the applications of transcriptomics in tomatoes to provide theoretical basis to study the molecular mechanism of tomato's complex expressions at different development phases. agronomic traits and the control networks of the genetic
