摘 要:本研究采用微波消解法加浓硝酸消解样品后,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定赣南产中药金沙藤与海金沙中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Mg、Ca 6种微量元素的含量,发现金沙藤中Fe、Cu、Zn、Ca 4种微量元素的含量分别为169.723~489.222μg/g、9.136~19.162μg/g、23.553~50.998μg/g、1 383.104~6 289.022μg/g,而海金沙中这4种微量元素的含量分别为39.400~247.666μg/g、1.789~3.922μg/g、8.333~16.667μg/g、281.448~485.196μg/g,表明金沙藤中Fe、Cu、Zn、Ca的含量均较海金沙中的要高,而Ca的含量则高出很多;金沙藤中Mn、Mg的含量分别为111.178~485.167μg/g、1 490.673~1 919.45μg/g,海金沙中这两种元素的含量分别为118.05~195.294μg/g、1 086.274~1 502.514μg/g,表明赣南产金沙藤与海金沙中Mn、Mg的含量则较为相似。研究结果表明金沙藤与海金沙中微量元素的含量有较大的差异,金沙藤作为药用比海金沙有更好的物质基础。This research dissolved the samples by microwave digestion method with HNO3, and then measured the content of six trace elements including Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Mg, Ca in Lygodii Herba and Lygodium japonieum (Th- unb.) Sw. produced in Gannan by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS). In Lygodii Herba, the content of Fe, Cu, Zn, Ca were 169.723-489.222 μg/g, 9.136-19.162 μg/g, 23.553-50.998 μg/g and 1 383.104--6 289.022 μg/g. And in Lygodium japonicum (Thunb.) Sw., the content of these four trace elements were 39.400-247.666μg/g, 1.789-3.922 μg/g, 8.333-16.667μg/g and 281.448-485.196μg/g. The result showed the content of Fe, Cu, Zn, Ca in Lygodii Herba were higher than Lygodium japonicum (Thunb.) Sw., and the content of Ca was much higher. In Lygodii Herba, the content of Mn and Mg were 111.178-485.167μg/g and 1 490.673-1 919.45 μg/g. The content of these two trace elements in Lygodium japonicum (Thunb.) Sw. were 118.05-195.294μg/g and 1 086.274- 1 502.514μg/g. These showed the content of Mn and Mg were similar in Lygodii Herba and Lygodiumjaponieum (Thunb.) Sw.. The research result showed the content of trace elements between Lygodii Herba and Lygodium japonicum (Thunb.) Sw. produced in Gannan were obvious difference. This implied that Lygodii Herba had a better material basis than Lygodium japonicum (Thunb.) Sw. in the aspect of medicinal.
