摘 要:探讨自主研制玉米纸筒钵苗输送分苗装置作业性能及优化试验。采用二次正交旋转中心组合优化方法,以喂苗速度、分苗盘转速、纸钵间距为影响因子,分离率、工作效率为目标函数,对影响输送分离装置工作参数组合优化试验。结果表明,喂入速度为2.6~3.0 m·min^(-1)、分苗盘转速为16~19 r·min^(-1)、纸钵间距为13 mm时,分苗率达95%,工作效率达61个·min^(-1)。为玉米纸筒钵苗输送分苗装置设计,解决制约半自动钵苗移栽机钵苗自动喂入问题提供依据。In order to explore operating performance of the self-developed corn paper pot conveying and separating seedling device, the optimization experiment was carried out. Conveying and separating device structure and working principle were described. With feed rate, separating disc rotation speed and paper pot spacing as influence factors and separation velocity and work efficiency as objective function, experimental studies on working parameters of conveying separation unit had been optimized by quadratic rotation-orthogonal combination design. The results showed that under the conditions of feed velocity of 2.6-3.0 m·min--, separating disc rotation speed of 16-19 r·min-1 and paper pot spacing of 13 mm, separation rate was 95% and work efficiency was 61 plant, min-1 This offers reference for the design of corn paper pot conveying and separating seedling device and solving the problem of automatic feeding of rice seedling transplanting machine.
