摘 要:针对免耕播种机地轮摩擦力不足、滑移率偏大,造成漏播、空穴等问题,文章以秸秆覆盖量为试验因素,地轮摩擦力和滑移率为试验指标,对比六种地轮(平板、直齿、斜齿、"V"齿、钩齿、鼠笼形)试验效果。结果表明,秸秆覆盖量0~400 g·m^(-2)时,钩齿地轮防滑效果最好,秸秆覆盖量400~800 g·m^(-2)时,"V"齿地轮防滑效果最好。对比选取防滑效果最佳"V"齿地轮,通过二次回归正交旋转组合试验优化"V"齿地轮相关参数(防滑齿齿数、防滑齿齿高、垂直载荷)。结果表明,各参数影响摩擦力和滑移率主次顺序为垂直载荷>防滑齿齿高>防滑齿齿数;当齿数为20、齿高为36 mm、载荷为457 N时摩擦力最大且滑移率最小。为免耕播种机地轮选择与设计提供参考,对改善免耕播种机性能、研制高质量免耕播种机具有参考价值。No-tillage seeder lack of friction to cause slip rate too large, and then cause leakage,sowing hole, for these problems, take the amount of straw cover as experimental factors, take friction and slip rate as test indicator, six kinds of wheel type (flat groung,straight teeth, helical teeth, V teeth, hook teeth, squirrel-cage type) were tested, the results showed that, when the straw mulching amount was 0-400 g· m-2, the hook teeth ground wheel had best non-slip effect, when the straw mulching amount was 400-800 g· m-2, V teeth ground wheel had best non-slip effect. After comparing selected the V teeth ground wheel which had best non-slip effect, to optimize the relevant parameters of V teeth ground wheel (number of non-slip teeth, height of non-slip teeth, vertical loads) by two regression orthogonal rotation combination test, let ground wheel work at optimal parameters. The results showed that, the order of primary factors to friction an slip ratio was the number of teeth, the height of teeth, vertical load. When the number of teeth was 20, the height of teeth was 36 mm and the vertical load was 457 N, the frictional was the maximum and slip rate was minimum. Above the results could provide a basis for the choose and design of ground wheel, it also had important reference value of improving of no tillage seeder performance and studying high quality and worked reliable no tillage seeding machine.
