生肌玉红膏对深Ⅱ度烧伤大鼠血清中炎症介质含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:考察生肌玉红膏对深Ⅱ度烧伤大鼠血清中炎症因子含量的影响,探讨其治疗烧伤的作用机理。方法:将深Ⅱ度烧伤大鼠模型按体质量随机分为模型组、生肌玉红膏组和湿润烧伤膏组,每组24只。烧伤创面涂以相应药物,1次/d,连续给药14 d,并于给药后第3、7、14天分别采集各组8只大鼠血清,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)检测血清中促炎细胞因子IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的含量。结果:与正常对照组比较,给药后第3天,模型组血清中TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,给药后第3天、第7天,生肌玉红膏组血清中IL-1β、TNF-α含量下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),给药后第7天,生肌玉红膏组血清中IL-6含量下降(P<0.05)。生肌玉红膏组与湿润烧伤膏组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:生肌玉红膏促进烧伤创面愈合的机制可能与其抑制炎症因子产生、减轻炎症反应有关。Objective： To study the effect of Shengji Yuhong Plaster on the content of inflammatory factors in serum of degree Ⅱburn rats and discuss its mechanism on burn treatment. Methods： The rats were divided into model group, Sheng Ji Yuhong Plaster group, moist burn ointment group according to body weight with 24 in each, and every rat was treated once daily for continuous 14 days. The level of serum TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 was detected by ELISA on 3^rd, 7^th and 14^th after administration, respectively.Results： Compared with the control group, the level of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 in model group was increased on 3^rd after administration. Compared with the model group, the level of TNF-α and IL-1β in Shengji Yuhong Plaster group was decreased（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） on 3^rd and 7^th, and the level of IL-6 was decreased（P〈0.05） on 7^th. The difference not statistically significant between Shengji Yuhong Plaster group and moist burn ointment group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Shengji Yuhong Plaster could promote healing of burn wounds by inhibiting the production of inflammatory factors and reducing inflammatory reaction probably.
