摘  要:介绍衰减式全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)的基本原理,特点以及在聚合物表面改性方面的应用。衰减全反射光谱是一种内反射光谱,它以光辐射两种介质的界面发生全内反射为基础。与常规透射式傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)相比,傅里叶变换衰减式全反射红外光谱具有制样简单,非破坏性等很多优点。此外,ATR-FTIR常被应用于检测聚合物表面的组成和性质。The basic principle, characteristics and application in polymer surface modification terms of attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy were described in this paper. Attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy is a kind of internal ref lection spectroscopy, which is based on the internal ref lection between the interface of two media. Compared with the conventional Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), ATR-FTIR has many advantages including simple preparation and non-destructive. In addition, ATR-FTIR detection is often used in detecting the composition and properties of polymer surface.
