伸臂桁架对框架-核心筒-伸臂桁架结构侧向受力性能的影响

摘　　要：对国内部分300 m以上超高层建筑外框架柱布置情况进行了统计。就伸臂桁架对外框架承担倾覆力矩、剪力比影响进行了分析,得到了外框架承担剪力比与承担倾覆力矩之间的关系,表明框架-核心筒结构增设伸臂桁架后,外框架承担倾覆力矩增加同时承担剪力比降低。在此基础上,以一88层超高层建筑为研究对象,在6组不同外框架梁线刚度条件下,就伸臂桁架连接柱与其他外框架柱截面面积比对结构侧向受力性能影响进行了分析。结果表明:当外框架梁线刚度小时,将外框架柱截面面积凝聚在伸臂桁架连接位置,结构效率最高;当外框架梁线刚度大,外框架柱截面均匀时,结构效率最高。截面面积比变化对外框架柱承担的总倾覆力矩影响较小,但随着截面面积比增大,外框架承担剪力比逐渐减小。The statistics of frame column layout of part of the super high-rise buildings higher than 300 m were obtained. The effect of outriggers on shear force ratio carried by frames and overturning moment carried by the bottom frames were analyzed. The relation of shear force ratio carried by frames and overturning moment carried by the bottom frames was proposed. It is found that the shear force ratio carried by frames decreases while overturning moment carried by the bottom frames increases, if the outriggers are added to frame core tube structure. Then, an 88 story super high- rise building was analyzed to study the effect of the section area ratio of column connected to outrigger to other frame column on the lateral mechanical properties of frame core tube structure with outriggers, considering 6 groups of different frame beam rigidity. The results show that when the frame beam rigidity is small, the structure that all column section areas concentrate at outriggers connection region （mega frame-core tube structure with outriggers ） has the highest structural efficiency; when the frame beam rigidity is large, the structure with uniform cross-section of frame column has the highest structural efficiency. The change of section area ratio has a minor influence on overturning moment distributed to frames parts, but the shear force ratio carried by frames decreases with section area ratio increases.
