摘  要:我国现行钢结构设计规范中已列入Q460钢的设计指标,为了补充更高强度等级钢材,包括Q500、Q550、Q620和Q690钢的设计指标,供工程设计人员参考,收集国产高强度结构钢材的材性统计数据,借鉴已有高强钢轴压、压弯、受弯构件计算模式不定性研究成果,进行了试验影响因素不定性试验研究,得到了高强钢材料性能试验影响不定性的统计参数。对高强钢材料性能不定性、几何参数不定性和计算模式不定性进行综合研究,计算得到高强钢抗力不定性的统计参数。利用验算点法,计算高强钢在不同荷载组合下的抗力分项系数,并分析了其变化规律。经过比较试算,提出了适用于不同情况下的高强钢抗力分项系数和设计强度建议值。最后对上述设计指标进行了可靠度校核,结果表明,采用文中提出的高强钢设计指标满足GB/T 50153—2008《工程结构可靠性设计统一标准》的要求,具有一定的可靠性。Now in Chinese steel structure design codes, the design value for Q460 steel has been listed. For the purpose of completing the design values of higher-strength steels including QS00, Q550, Q620 and Q690 steels and providing some guidance for the engineers, this paper analyzes the reliability of domestic high-strength structural steels. The statistical parameters of the material properties uncertainties of domestic high-strength structural steels were collected. The research of model uncertainties of axial compression, eccentric compression and bending members was summarized. The experiment influence uncertainty of high-strength steel material property was firstly investigated and the statistical parameters were then obtained. Based on the research on the uncertainties of material properties, geometrical parameters and models of steel structures of high-strength steels, the statistical parameters of high-strength steels resistance uncertainty were calculated. By the check-point method, the partial factors for resistance of high- strength steels under different load combinations were then obtained. Meanwhile, varying patterns of the partial factors for resistance were also analyzed. After comparisons and trials, this paper has suggested the partial factors for resistance and design values of strength of high-strength steels under different circumstances. In the end, the reliability of the above design values was calibrated. The result shows that, the design values which are suggested in this paper satisfy the demands in Unified standard for reliability design of engineering structures ( GB 50153--2008 ) and have sufficient reliability.
