摘  要:大学有效治理是政府、社会以及高校内部行政管理人员与师生的共同诉求。王长乐教授正是以"大学有效治理"为立足点,对教育领域的理论与现象进行深刻剖析,形成了关于大学的独特见解。其思想观点主要集中于以下几方面:形成大学民主、讲理的机制与传统;建构以"世界大学通例"为基本特征的现代大学制度;改革高校校长选拔方式,让教育家成为大学校长;贯彻"教授治校"的理念而非权宜性地提"教授治学";改革大学招生考试制度,使其走出追求社会公平的误区。The effective administration of colleges is the common pursuit of government, society and college administrative staff. Wang Changle takes "effective college administration" as his foothold to analyze the theories and phenomena in education in order to form his insight into college administration. His thoughts mainly concern the following aspects: the formation of democratic reasonable mechanism and tradition; the construction of modern university institutions featured with "world university conventions"; the reform of president selecting system to give the opportunity to educationists; the implementation of the idea for "professors-administrate" instead of the idea for "professors-teach" ; the reform of college recruiting system to help college out of the myths of social equality.
