摘  要:山东省产学研究联合培养研究生模式多样,其中以产学研究联合基地模式最为突出。参与主体对各种模式的认可度有一定差异。目前虽然取得一些成绩,但仍存在观念转变不到位、多方沟通渠道待加强、体制机制不健全、缺乏质量评估机构和标准等问题。今后,应结合高校特色和优势,建立和完善政策支撑体系、合作机制、过程管理、课程体系,并进一步提高导师实践和合作交流能力。There are various training modes of industry-university-research cooperation in Shandong; and among them, the base of joint supervision for graduates is the typical training mode. At the same time, different participants show different attitudes to these modes. Although the training modes of industry-university-research cooperation have developed well, there are still some problems such as weak sense of conceptual shift, low efficiency in communication, lack of quality evaluation institutions and standards. It should combine the features and advantages of universities in order to establish and improve the policy-supporting system, cooperation mecha- nism, process management, course system, and to further enhance the practical ability and cooperating ability of the supervisors as well.
