摘  要:以纳米杂化材料单氨基笼型倍半硅氧烷T_8-NH_2作为改性剂,改性环氧树脂E-44,制备T_8-NH_2/E-44复合涂层,应用于低碳钢表面以提高金属表面的防腐蚀性能.通过扫描电镜(SEM)、盐雾腐蚀、浸泡增重及极化曲线测试考察了不同添加量的T_8-NH_2复合涂层在中性介质中防腐蚀性能的影响.实验结果表明:当T_8-NH_2添加量为2%时,在E-44中的分散效果最佳,复合涂层的耐盐雾腐蚀性能最好,在浸泡了480 h后具有最小增重值,极化曲线腐蚀电位正移约232 mV,腐蚀电流下降近258倍,腐蚀速率下降近134倍.实验结果验证,T_8-NH_2/E-44复合涂层可提高低碳钢表面的防腐蚀性能.E-44 was modified with nano hybrid- Ts-NH2 as modifier, and Ts-NH2/E-44 composite coating was prepared. T8-NH2/E-44 composite coating was used on low carbon steel in order to improve its corrosion resistance. In this paper, the influences on corrosion resistance were investigated by using SEM, salt spray test, immersion and polarization curves when adding different amount of Ts-NH2 in neutral medium. The result shows that when the content of T8-NH2 was 2%, Ts-NH2 had the best dispersion in E-44, and composite coating had the best anticorrosion under salt spray. Weight added was the least while immersing 480h, meanwhile, corrosion potential polarization curve shifted about 232mV with corrosion current decreasing by nearly 258 times and corrosion rate declining by nearly 134 times. The experimental results verify T8-NH2/E-44 coating can improve corrosion resistance of low-carbon steel surface.
