摘　　要：运用美国道化学公司火灾、爆炸危险指数评价法对渣油沸腾床加氢示范装置进行安全评价,识别装置固有的风险,以便为更大规模工业级装置的设计和建造提供建议,为安全管理提供科学依据。The DOW Fire＆Explosion Index has been used to quantitatively evaluate the safety level of the residue ebullated bed hydrogenation demonstration device and to identify existing risks, providing advices for the design and construction of larger scale u- nit and the development of its safety management system.
