摘　　要：本文运用比较分析法,着力以管理的角度,分析传统成功管理代表晋商经营之道,探析晋商成就鼎盛和最后走向没落的原因。进而将晋商营商思想融入现代企业管理中,从平衡制度和伦理约束两个方面有效激发企业活力,强化企业未来发展能力。趋利避害,扬长避短地吸收晋商成功的经验,并且以晋商衰落为前车之鉴,顺应时代潮流,变革组织制度,用机制创新作为发展的契机。In this paper,comparative analysis,in order to focus on the management point of view,analysis of the traditional management representative Shanxi successful operation,and the achievements of Shanxi peak and final reason to decline. Merchants will turn business ideas into modern business management,from the institutional balance and ethical constraints both effectively stimulate the vitality of enterprises,strengthen the capacity of the future development of enterprises. While avoiding disadvantages,weaknesses,and absorb the successful experience of Shanxi,Shanxi and to decline as a lesson,adapt to the times,change organizational system,with a mechanism innovation as development opportunities.
