摘　　要：农业投资是当前一般农户和各类新型主体的投资方向。采用国际贸易领域的绝对优势理论和资源禀赋结构理论,分析各类农业部门产业的成本结构和一般农户与工商资本的资源禀赋,根据两者匹配关系确定一般农户和工商资本在农业领域的投资方向。劳动密集型农业产业是现阶段农民增收的有效选择,资金密集型农业产业是工商资本的可行选择。对于工商资本不适合的农业产业,交易成本较高的用工要转变为交易成本低的用工,劳动密集型的生产方式要转化为资金密集型的生产方式。Agricultural investment is the investment direction for common farmers and all kinds of new subjects currently.With the theory of absolute advantage and the theory of resources endowment structure in the field of international trade,the paper analyzes the industrial cost structure of each agricultural department and the resource endowment of common farmers and industrial and commercial capital to decide their investment direction in the field of agriculture according to the matching relation.It has been found that labor-intensive agricultural industry is the effective choice to increase farmers＇ income,and capital intensive agricultural industry is the feasible choice for industrial and commercial capital.For the agricultural industries which industrial and commercial capital is not suitable for,it is advisable to shift the high cost labor to low cost labor,labor,and intensive production methods to capital-intensive production modes.
