摘　　要：山东城市建设职业学院实验实训中心项目是山东省首批被动式超低能耗示范项目中面积最大、功能最复杂的项目该项目在机电系统设计等方面,体现出被动式建筑的特点通过该工程的概况和暖通空调、防排烟系统设计以及控制系统设计,对国内类似项目的设计提供了一些设计思路。This paper provide a summary of the HVAC system design of the training center in Shandong Urban Construction Vocational College.This project is the most complex and the biggest project in the first batch of demonstrative buildings in Shandong province of passive low-energy buildings.The mechanical system design of the training center in Shandong Urban Construction Vocational College shows the characteristics of Passive House.Presents the general situation of the project and the design of heating ventilation and air conditioning system,smoke control and extraction systems,and control systems.Provides some HVAC system design ideas for the similar projects.
