摘  要:目的探讨LEC评价法在打印耗材生产企业职业健康风险评估中的实用性。方法对某碳粉生产企业的生产运行条件、职业危害风险因素以及相关的安全防范措施进行分析,按分析结果,分别采用LEC评价法和定量分级法对该碳粉生产企业可能存在的职业健康危害风险进行评估。结果 LEC评价法显示粉尘和化学毒物风险等级为1级,噪声风险等级为2级;定量分级法评估粉尘和化学无毒危险等级为0级,噪声危险等级为1级,LEC评价法和定量分级法评估该碳粉生产企业职业病危害风险结果基本一致。结论 LEC评价法在碳粉生产企业的职业病危害风险评价中具有一定的实用性,但存在一定的局限性。Objective To explore the application of LEC method in occupation health risk assessment of toner production enterprise. Methods We investigated the production conditions, occupation hazards and protection measures of toner production enterprise combining with the detection results. The occupation health risk assessment of toner production enterprise was assessed by LEC method and quantitative classification method. Results LEC evaluation method showed that dust and chemical toxic risk was in grade 1.And the Noise risk was at 2 level. Quantitative grading method to assess the risk of dust and chemical non-toxic was in grade 0; Noise hazard level was at 1. LEC method and the quantitative classification method to assess the occupation disease production enterprise of the toner risk results were basically the same. Conclusion The LEC method has a certain practicality in occupation health risk assessment of toner production enterprise,also has its limitations.
