摘 要:目的评估泉州市辖区脊髓灰质炎野病毒输入传播风险,提出科学防控脊髓灰质炎疫情的关键点和应急策略。方法根据人群免疫、AFP病例监测、输入风险情况等指标综合分析评价,采用数理综合法评估泉州市各市区县脊髓灰质炎病毒输入与传播风险。结果综合评分的上、下四分位数分别为P25=8.0和P75=15.25,泉州市辖12个县市区中安溪县、石狮市和惠安县的综合分分别为21分、16分和16分,为高风险;南安市、永春县、晋江市和德化县分别为15分、13分、10分、10分,为中风险;鲤城区、泉港区和台商投资区各8分,丰泽区和洛江区均为0分,为低风险。结论泉州市存在脊灰野病毒输入传播的风险点,对此要建立"以WPV输入与传播风险评估为重点,强化一线医务人员和检疫人员流行病学观念,加强适龄儿童基础免疫和AFP病例监测并重"的应急策略。Objective To evaluate the risk of import and transmission of the poliovirus in Quanzhou city and make suggestions for the key points and contingency strategies of scientific prevention and control policy. Methods The risk of import and transmission of the poliovirus was analyzed by mathematical statistics method and evaluated by using the indexes of import risk,case surveillance of acute flaccid paraly sis and population immunity level. Results The lower and upper quartiles were 8.0 and 15.25, respectively. Anxi county,Shishi city and Hui'an county were high risk regions,with risk evaluation scors of 21,16 and 16. Nan'an city,Yongchun county,Jinjiang city and Dehua county were moderate risk regions,with evaluation scors of 15,13,10 and 10.Licheng district, Quangang district and Taishang district scored 8, respectively. Fengze district and Luojiang district scored 0, respectively. These five districts belonged to low risk regions. Conclusion There was high risk of import and transmission of the poliovirus in Quanzhou city. So the emergency strategy on WPV should be established, that is, " placing an emphasis on risk assessment of import and transmission of the poliovirus that should be conducted, strengthening on the first-line medical staff and quarantine officers' s epidemiology, equal emphasis on strengthening basic immunization and school-age children of AFP surveillance".
