顺德社区Ⅱ型糖尿病综合干预的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨社区综合干预措施对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的干预效果。方法选取顺德容桂社区糖尿病患者242例,随机分为干预组122例,对照组120例。对干预组实施为期20个月的社区综合干预,给予饮食、运动及心理干预,药物治疗、血糖监测、健康教育等,对照组仅给予常规药物治疗。结果经过20个月的社区综合干预,干预组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂和血压较干预前和对照组均有明显下降,血糖控制率较对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。两组体重指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而对照组干预前后上述指标水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在社区开展糖尿病综合干预,可大大提高糖尿病患者的自我保健能力,改变不良生活方式,有效地控制血糖。Objective To explore the effect of community comprehensive intervention on patients with type Ⅱ diabetes.Methods 242 cases who selected from Ronggui community of Shunde district were randomly divided into intervention group 122 cases, control group 120 cases. Intervention group had 20 months of community comprehensive intervention including diet, exercise, psychological intervention, drug treatment, blood sugar monitoring and health education, etc.The control group only had routine drug treatment. Results After 20 months community comprehensive intervention, the fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood fat and blood pressure of intervention group were significantly lower compared with before and the control group, blood sugar control rate increased significantly than the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference compared two groups of body mass index（P〉0.05）. The index level before and after intervention in control group, there were no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion To develop comprehensive intervention of diabetes in the community, it can greatly improve the self-care ability of patients with diabetes, the change of lifestyle, effectively control blood sugar.
