摘　　要："一带一路"战略为新疆带来重大发展机遇,发展需要稳定的社会环境。近年来,新疆经济领域涉众型经济犯罪活动凸显,对社会治安带来严重影响。由经济风险引发的社会事件或群体性事件,很容易向社会稳定领域快速传导,进而影响政治稳定和政权巩固。为此,必须研究完善有关侦控对策,提升防范、处置能力和水平,确保新疆社会大局稳定。The Belt and Road strategy has brought Xinjiang.However, development needs social stability. crime there is highlighted, which has a serious effect about a major opportunity for development in In recent years, stakeholder-related economic on public order. Events and riots caused by economic hazards are likely to spread quickly and will affect political stability and consolidation of the regime.
