摘  要:高铝电子玻璃主要应用在电子信息及相关领域,其成形方法有:浮法、溢流法、二次拉制法、狭缝下拉法和二次抛光法,主流的成形方法是浮法和溢流法。本文针对这两种成形方法进行对比分析,并对浮法成形技术生产高铝电子玻璃的待解决的问题进行分析,指出国内科研生产机构的努力方向。The high aluminum electronic glass is mainly used in electronic information and some relevant fields. The forming process of this glass includes float process, overflow process, secondary downdrawing process, narrow down-drawing process, secondary polishing process. However, the former two are the dominant forming processes. In this article, contrastive analysis for the two dominant process were carried out. Some problems still remained to be solved about production of high aluminum electronic glass with float process were analyzed. Striving direction at this glass for domestic research institutes and manufacturers was pointed out.
