摘　　要：论述了近年来,国内外关于果蔬机械损伤试验及损伤影响因素分析,机械损伤预测和机械损伤有限元模拟分析等方面的研究方法和进展,分析并指出了当前研究存在的问题,提出了今后重点研究的内容。Experiments on mechnical damages of fruits and vegetables and the influencing factors, the assessment of the damage degree, the simulation and prediction of mechanical damages based on finite element were reviewed in this paper. The limits needed to be improved in current researches were analyzed and the emphsis for future studies were proposed.
