摘 要:针对生物科学、农学、食品科学与工程、动物科学、水产科学等非化学专业新生动手能力差、实践基础薄弱、学习化学积极性不高的问题,在建立新的实验教学体系的基础上,提出以下4点改革措施:选择合适的教材,精简、优化、重组实验内容;注重基本实验技能的培养;养成良好的实验习惯和培养科学的思维方式;建立全面灵活科学的基础化学实验考核体系。实践表明,基础化学实验教学改革的开展,对提高学生实践能力、科学思维能力和创新能力有积极的推动作用,同时能提升教师实践课程的教学质量。According to the present situation and problem of freshman in bioscience,agronomy,food science and engineering,animal science,fisheries science and other non- chemical specialty,which was poor ability,practical foundation was weak,and studying chemistry was not enthusiastic. Based on the establishment of a new experimental teaching system,four reform measures were proposed as following: selecting appropriate materials,optimizing and restructuring experiment content; focusing on training of basic experimental skill; developing good experiment habits and cultivate scientific way of thinking; establishing a comprehensive,flexible and scientific evaluation system of basic chemistry experiment. The practice showed that it plays a positive role in promoting students' practical abilities,scientific thinking and innovative ability to carry out basic chemistry experiment teaching reform,at the same time teaching quality of practical courses was improved.
