摘　　要：为了准确快速实现对任意角度拍摄的瓶子进行特定区域缺陷检测,首先采用圆投影及直方图不变特征的匹配方法,寻找待检产品在合格品图像库中的最优解并获取方位信息。其次在找到最优解的位置后通过先验概率将其旋转到需要识别的目标区域,最后通过欧氏距离进行相似度检测判别有无缺陷。实验表明,上述方法能实现对产品缺陷准确、快速检测。In order to achieve accurate and fast shooting of specific areas of defects in bottles by arbitrary angle, firstly, this paper adopts matching method of circle projection and histogram invariant feature, and finds the optimal solution of the product to be tested in the image database of the qualified product and obtains the orientation information. Secondly, after the position of the optimal solution is found, the position of the optimal solution can be rotated to the target area that needs to be recognized through prior probability. Finally, there is no defect in discrimination of similarity detection by Euclidean distance. Experiments show that the method can realize the accurate and fast detection of product defects.
