摘 要:在镍基合金K403合金表面制备了添加2%CeO_2的W-2高温搪瓷涂层,采用原子力显微镜、扫描电镜和DIL402PC型热膨胀系数仪对涂层的微观组织形貌、热膨胀系数和热震稳定性进行分析。结果表明,相较于原始涂层,添加了CeO_2涂层的微观组织更加均匀致密,同时涂层与基体热膨胀系数差异减小,释放残余应力,显著提高了该搪瓷涂层的热震稳定性。2%CeO2-W-2 enamel coatings were prepared on nickel based alloy K403. SEM, AFM and DIL402PC thermal dilatometer were employed to investigate the microstructure, thermal expansion coefficient and thermal shock stability of the prepared coating. The results show that: compared with original coatings, the microstructure of the coating with CeO2 becomes more dense.The difference of thermal expansion coefficient between coating and matirx decreases, then, the residual stress is released, which can obviously improve the stability of thermal shock resistance of the coating.
