摘 要:采用YAG脉冲激光焊对304不锈钢薄板进行了搭接焊接,焊后并进行了不同工艺的热处理,分析了热处理工艺对焊接接头组织、硬度和抗拉强度的影响。试验结果表明:对焊接试样进行1000℃保温60min水冷(固溶处理)后,焊缝中心显微组织呈等轴晶,组织细小分布均匀,焊缝边缘呈柱状晶,垂直熔合线向中心延伸。焊缝区平均硬度达到216.4HV,接头抗拉强度为375MPa,远高于其他热处理工艺的接头抗拉强度。采用该热处理工艺,焊缝质量较好,具有较高的力学性能。The lap welding of 304 stainless steel sheet by YAG pulsed laser welding and different heat treatment afterwelding were carried out, the effect of heat treatment process on microstructure, hardness and tensile strength of welded jointwas analyzed.The experimental results show that the microstructure of weld center is equiaxed crystal, which is fine anduniform after solid solution treatment of 1000℃holding 60 rain and water cooling. The edge of the weld is columnar crystalwhich is perpendicular to the fusion line and extends to the weld center. The average microhardness of weld center is 216.4HV, and the tensile strength of welded joint is 375 MPa, which is higher than that of other heat treatment process. Under theheat treatment process, the weld quality is good and the mechanical properties are high.
