摘　　要：针对不溶物在盘形悬式绝缘子污秽试验中的作用,对型号为CA-872EX、FC12P/146和FC120/146盘形绝缘子进行了人工污秽试验(固体层法)。本文认为污闪电压随灰密增加而下降(等值盐密恒定为0.1 mg/cm^2),下降的特征与与绝缘子伞形和不溶物的比表面积有关,当灰密超过1.0 mg/cm^2~1.5 mg/cm^2,污闪电压下降趋于缓和,传统的钟罩型绝缘子(对比同等级普通型绝缘子)对于污秽中灰密增加敏感,抗高灰密能力不佳,比表面积也是引起污层吸附与瓷件或者结块的重要原因,当泄漏电流硅藻土中达到38.4 m A/cm^2,会产生电弧进而导致硅藻土产生明显的结块现象。The artificial pollution test has been done on the suspension insulator which types are CA-872EX、FC12P/146 and FC120/146 for study on the impaction of undissolved substance in the pollution test about suspension insulator. The pollution flashover voltage would decline as the NSDD increase when the ESDD had kept 0.1 mg/cm^2. The characteristics are relation with the shed type of insulator and specific area of undissolved substance. The pollution voltage would tend to ease as the NSDD is over than 1.0 mg/cm^2^1.5 mg/cm^2. Compare with standard insulator,the bell shed insulator is sensitive with NSSD increasing and it is poor at anti-pollution with high NSSD. The specific area is also the important reason that the pollution layer adhere to porcelain or pack on the surface of insulator. The observably packing of diatomite would appearance due to the arc produced when the current density is up to 38.4 m A/cm^2.
