摘 要:粉煤灰(Fa)是应用量大研究面广而久的一种掺合料。相关标准给出粉煤灰活性评价方法,并采用水胶比W/B代替W/C进行混凝土强度设计,这是对Abrams法则的修正。本文提出并建立全区(FA)与微区分析方法(MA)、性能参数表征方法、集成系统优化研究分析方法。基于此,研究显性单一主变量粉煤灰掺量与其联动隐性主变量W/C对3、28、56 d强度的影响。结果表明,掺粉煤灰混凝土强度随W/C呈线性关系,服从Abrams法则,粉煤灰仅为一种微细集料,得出粉煤灰可具有体积增量等3种效应;发现高C并低W/C的混凝土强度,随粉煤灰掺量呈带柄状左倒置勺形效应,而性能优化的混凝土呈碟形效应,得出性能损伤劣化的勺形效应参数去最大值取值法则、与性能优化的碟形效应参数取均值法则,这两个法则是性能优化与之对应的材料优化设计法则。提出性价比定义与其计算方法,得出性价比优化的混凝土配合比设计方法,具有唯一性,并得验证。3 d拉压比试验结果是一个值得关注的现象,平板约束试验最大裂缝宽度测定值均大于0.2 mm,这是一个有待探讨的问题。Fly ash has become the most widely used mineral admixture in concrete with the most utilization amount all over the world. The evaluation method for activation coefficient of fly ash has been presented in related standards and the strength design of concrete is determined on the basis of water to binder ratio (W/B) instead of water to cement ratio ( W/C ), which provided some amendments for the Abrams law.It developed the macro(FA) or micro zone (MA) analysis method, characterization method for performance parameters and in- tegrated system optimization research and analysis method.And the influence of fly ash dosage as a dominant main variable and water to cement ratio as an implicit main variable on the strength at age of 3 d,28 d and 56 d was studied.The results show that there is a linear relationship between the strength of fly ash concrete and water to cement ratio,which is be accord with the Abrams law.And in this case, fly ash acts only as a fine aggregate and reveals three effects including volume increase.It was found that there is a handle state left inverted spoon shaped effect for the strength development of high cement dosage and low water to cement ratio concrete with fly ash content.And the performance optimized concrete presents a butterfly effect.The law of value for the spoon shape effect parameter of per- formance deterioration to remove the maximum value was obtained, and the average value law for the butterfly effect of performance im- proved concrete was also developed.These two laws are materials optimization design roles based on performance optimization.The defi- nition and calculation method of performance to cost ratio was advised.And the design method of concrete mix proportion with the best performance to cost ratio is obtained, which is unique and has to be verified.The tensile to compressive ratio test at 3 days is a notewor- thy phenomenon, the measured maximum crack width of the plate constraint test method is greater than 0.2 mm, this is a question to be resolved
