摘　　要：皮带运输安全可靠、简单方便、运营成本低,是大型矿山常采用的运输方式之一。以太平矿业公司破碎系统为工程背景,着重分析了皮带托辊易损点及更换困难点;详细介绍了托辊更换技术方案及专用工具制作。生产实践表明,皮带机托辊更换专用工具的使用达到了便捷、高效、安全的预期效果,节省了人力,提高了破碎系统的作业效率。Belt transport is a convenient,reliable and low-cost transportation system widely used in large-scale mines. The paper takes the crushing system of Pacific mining company as the research subject,focuses on the analysis of weak points for roller wearing and their replacement difficulties,introduces in detail technical scheme of roller replacement and specialized tools preparation. Practice shows that the tool produces a convenient,efficient and safe outcome,saving labor and improving operation efficiency of the crushing system.
