摘 要:目的从黄草乌的根部分离鉴定内生真菌。方法利用PDA培养基进行黄草乌根部内生真菌的分离与纯化,根据菌落的形态特征并结合真菌的ITS序列进行菌株鉴定。结果从黄草乌根部共分离到内生真菌52株,鉴定为20属34种,绝大部分属于子囊菌门,其中镰刀菌属和青霉菌属为优势属。结论黄草乌根部的内生真菌具有多样性,可作为潜在的资源供药物筛选。Objective To isolate and identify the entophytic fungal in the roots of Aconitum vilmorinianum. Methods PDA medium was used to isolate and purify the endophytic fungi in the roots of Aconitum vilmorinianum. The purified strains were identified by morphology together with ITS sequence. Results Fifty-two strains of endophytic fungi were isolated and identified belonging to 34 species, 20 genera. Most of the isolated fungi are belong to the Ascomycotca Fusarium and Penicillium are the dominant families. Conclusion The entophytic fungi in the roots of Aconitum vilmorinianum are diverse, which can serve as potential resource for drug screening.
