摘　　要：目的：探讨药物治疗联合关节镜下滑膜切除术对关节功能改善的影响.方法：将150例具有膝关节损伤的RA患者随机分为观察组（80例）、对照组（70例）.将观察组患者分为A期、B期、C期.对照组给予口服药物治疗;观察组给予关节镜下滑膜切除术和口服药物.比较两组患者手术后180天和360天进行健康评定（HAQ）、关节炎影响测量（AIMS）、关节功能评定（Ishikawa）、软骨损伤评定（Recht）.结果：观察组治疗后180天、360天HAQ、AIMS、Recht评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：药物治疗联合关节镜下滑膜切除术对具有膝关节损伤的RA患者的关节具有改善作用,且越早进行关节镜下滑膜切除术其预后越好.Objective To explore the impact of drug therapy combined with arthroscopic synovectomy on improve the joint function. Methods One hundred and fiftypaints of RA patients with knee injury were randomly divided into two groups： the observation group （n=80） and the control group （n=70）. The observationgroup were divided into three period： A period, B period, C period. The control group were given oral medication.The control group were given arthroscopic synovectomy and the oral drug.Health assessment （HAQ）, arthritis impact measurement （AIMS）, joint function assessment （Ishikawa）, cartilage damage assessment （Recht） were compared after 180 days and 360 days in surgery. Results After treatment of 180 days and 360 days,HAQ, AIMS, Recht Rating of the observation group were lower than that the control group （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Drug therapy combined with synovectomy Arthroscopic knee injury RA patients can improve joint action. The sooner the arthroscopic synovectomy, the better the prognosis.
