浅析水闸液压启闭系统异响的原因及对策

摘　　要：从油缸温度、液压油品质、油缸密封圈安装、油缸平衡度这几个方面,通过检测温度、噪音、液压油品质、油缸平衡度等方式,将所得数据进行对比、分析,探讨了南通节制闸液压启闭系统产生异响的原因,提出相应对策,为水闸安全运行提供参考。Out of several aspects such as hydro-cylinder temperature, hydraulic fluid quality, cylinder sealing ring, cylinder degree of balance, by detecting temperature, noise, hydraulic fluid quality, cylinder degree of balance, the data is compared and analyzed. The causes of noises in sluice hydraulic pressure on-off systems in Nantong and the solutions for it are discussed. This also provides future reference for safe running of sluice gates.
