摘　　要：采用旋转式脱模机构,齿圈型芯与轴承连接,在推件板的推动下,齿圈型芯边旋转齿圈边从型芯上脱出,解决了斜齿脱模问题,提高了齿轮的承载能力。采用三点式点浇口浇注系统,消除了塑料齿轮的熔接痕,提高了齿轮的强度。By using the rotary demoulding mechanism, gear ring core was connected with the bearing, in the push plate, the ring gear was out from the core when gear ring type core was rotating, which solved the problem of the oblique tooth stripping, and improved the bearing capacity of the gear. By adopting the three point gate structure, the plastic gear weld marks were eliminated, and the strength of the gear was improved.
