摘　　要：Chem Bank是一个公共的化学生物学数据平台,其中储存了多种小分子信息及其处理细胞或其他生物系统的数据结果。同时。网站还提供相关的分析工具用于小分子间或小分子与细胞的处理分析。Chem Bank数据库为生命科学领域的研究人员提供生物医药方面的相关数据和工具,指导化学生物学家合成新的小分子化合物或文库,帮助研究者找到可以干扰特殊生物途径的小分子或是影响一些催化过程的新型药物,同时也可作为化学信息学分析的数据资源库。ChemBank is a free chemical biology data platform with available collection of small molecules information and data results about their effects on cells or other biological Systems, and provide related analysis tools for the transaction analysis between small molecules or molecules and cells. It was developed to help biologists acquire related data and tools, and guide biologists to compound new small molecule or identify small molecules that can be used to perturb a particular biological system, which could be served as a data source for cheminformatic analysis.
