基于耦合模型的新疆农业生态环境与经济协调发展研究

摘　　要：为研究区域农业生态环境与经济协调发展的动态演变过程,以新疆地区2000～2013年的统计数据为基础,通过构建耦合模型,评价农业生态环境与农业经济发展的协调状况。研究结果表明：新疆农业生态环境与经济系统耦合发展度呈波动状态,并且呈现先下降后上升的变化趋势,耦合发展度从协调发展、低水平发展、轻度失调发展、低水平协调发展再度更替为协调发展,2000～2002年新疆农业生态环境与经济系统耦合发展度呈现协调发展,2003～2009年新疆农业生态环境与经济系统耦合发展度从低水平发展到轻度失调发展更替变化,其中2004年耦合发展度达到最小值,2010～2013年新疆农业生态环境与经济系统耦合发展度再次过渡为协调发展,耦合发展度的变化可以看出人们逐渐意识到农业生态环境与经济同步发展的重要性,通过构建资源节约型的农业经济体系促使两者耦合趋于协调,以保障区域经济的可持续发展。In order to study the dynamic evolution process between regional agricultural ecological environment and coordinated development economy,this paper,on the basis of the statistical data from 2000 to 2013 of Xinjiang,evaluates the coordinated development situation of the agricultural ecological environment and agricultural economy development by building coupling model. The research shows that the coupling development degree of Xinjiang agricultural ecological environment and economic system fluctuates,and changes from rising first to decline after. The coupling development varies from coordinated development,low level development,mildly imbalanced development,low level coordinated development to coordinated development. In 2000 ～ 2002,Xinjiang agricultural ecological environment and economic system present coordinated development. In 2003 ～ 2009,the coupling development of Xinjiang agricultural ecological environment and economic system takes turns from low level development to mildly imbalanced development. And in 2004,the coupling development degree reaches its minimum level. From 2010 to 2013,Xinjiang agricultural ecological environment and economic system coupling degree again presents the coordinated development. The changes of the coupling development degree show that people gradually become to realize the importance of agricultural ecological environment coordinated development with economy bybuilding resources- saving agricultural economic system to promote the coupling development and to ensure the sustainable development of regional economy.
