基于社区化管理的高校学生公寓党建探析

摘　　要：因社区化管理的不断推进,各高校学生公寓已逐步形成了一个个学生社区,因其具有学生公寓和社区的双重属性,在高校学生思想政治工作中的地位越来越高,已逐步成为高校学生党建工作的主阵地。文章从学生公寓社区化管理模式、高校学生党建工作概况和学生公寓党建工作等三方面对基于社区化管理的学生公寓党建工作进行了分析和探索。Due to continuous promotion of community-based management mode, student apartments in many universities and colleges have gradually formed into student communities. With dual attributes of student apartments and communities, student apartments have played an increasingly important role in the ideological and political work of college students and have gradually become the main front of Party construction in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes and explores the Party construction in student apartments under the community-based management mode from three aspects of community-based management mode of student apartments, overview of Party construction among college students and Party construction work in student apartments.
