某妇产儿童医院2015～2016年门急诊处方点评与分析

摘　　要：目的：了解医院门急诊处方开具情况，分析不合理原因，为合理用药提供依据。方法：汇总2015年7月～2016年6月点评处方共20365张，对不合理的处方情况进行回顾性分析。结果：在点评的20365张处方中，不合理处方399张，占点评总处方数的1．96％。结论：通过处方点评，可发现临床用药存在的问题，从而规范门急诊处方，提高医师用药水平，保障用药安全有效。Objective：To investigate the current drug use status of outpatient ＆ emergency department,and analyze the reasons of unreasonable for providing the basis for the rational use of drugs.Methods：Totally of 20365 prescriptions were selected in our hospital from July in 2015 to June in 2016 and the problems of prescriptions were retrospectively studied and analyzed.Results：Irrational drug use was found in 399 prescriptions,and the irrational prescriptions account for 1.96%.Conclusion：After prescription evaluation , the problems are found in the clinical medication, and then outpatient＆emergency prescriptions can be standardized , the level of drug use can be improved and the safety and effectivity of drug use can be ensured .
