摘  要:为研究电能结算的通用平台技术,统一解决各地区电能结算的差异化需求,适应业务的发展变化,支撑结算标准化体系建设,提出了基于数据仓库的元数据组扩展技术。通过建立三维数据模型、维度组扩展模型,构建可伸缩的货架式存储集合即数据集,并在此基础上进一步开发了数学公式解析与计算工具,最后利用统一的数据模型、计算模型构建了统一电能结算平台,实现了电能结算全业务数据的管控与灵活计算。所研发的软件已经上线运行,经平台验证,该技术有效支撑了统一电能结算业务的灵活、高效开展。In order to research common settlement platform technology, support settlement standardization system construction, solve different business needs of energy settlement and adapt to business changes, this paper presents and establishes metadata group expansion technology based on data warehouse technology. By building three-dimensional model and dimension group expansion model, it constructs scalable shelf storage sets as data sets. On this basis, it creates mathematical formula analysis and calculation tools. Finally, it establishes unified energy settlement platform with unified data model and computing model, achieving full operational data flow control and flexible calculation of energy settlement. The platform has already been put into operation. It is verified with the platform that the technology provides effective support for flexible and efficient development of settlement business.
