摘　　要：新媒体时代的技术对大学教学产生了重要的影响,使得大学课堂教学必须进行创新性的改革。大学文科课堂教学应该注重的是课堂教学、课堂管理和新媒体技术的利用三者统一的综合操作过程,从教学与管理统一的角度出发,谋求新媒体技术的功能调用、学生自主性的培育和教师自主性的有效发挥三个方面的结合,以文科教学管理的模式创新,带动教学过程中管理价值的呈现和文科课堂教学效能的最大化。Various technology in new media era has brought vital impact on college education, and propel lecturing to revolutionize. Both of the transition in theory and operation in liberal arts classes should focus on the integrated process of new media technology utilization, class management and lecturing. Starting from uniformity of teaching and management, seeking combination of new media function manipulating, students＇ self-motivation cultivation and teachers＇ discretion efficiency. The innovation of liberal arts management shall optimize the teaching efficiency and manifest management value during lecturing process.
