摘　　要：顾勤教授治疗各类消化系统疾病经验颇丰,善于运用疏肝健脾法治疗慢性结石性胆囊炎,强调溯本求源,从"湿、热、瘀、虚"等致病因素切入,注重以疏肝为本,健脾为要,引经药予以协同治疗,临床疗效显著。本文分析其立法、处方、用药特点,以供读者借鉴。Professor GU Qin specializes in the treatment of various types of digestive diseases. Soothing liver and strengthening spleen method is highly applied by professor GU Qin in the therapy of chronic calculous cholecystitis. She stresses the fact of pursuing the essence and source of things,and treats it from pathological factors in＂wet,hot,stasis,deficiency＂. In order to increase efficacy,my tutor emphasizes not only the importance of smoothing liver and strengthening spleen,but also the use of cited drugs. It has a significant clinical efficacy. For readers＇ reference,the main objective of this study is to analyze the foundation,prescription and characteristics of Chinese medicine.
