安神通督开窍针法治疗创伤后应激障碍的临床疗效评价研究

摘　　要：目的:观察"安神通督开窍"针法对创伤后应激障碍的临床疗效。方法:将30例军事行动后发生创伤后应激障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各15例;对照组采用舍曲林药物治疗,治疗组采用"安神通督开窍"针法治疗,分别于治疗前、治疗结束后以及治疗后1个月采用军事应激症状核查表(PCL-M)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)进行评分,观察并分析两组治疗前后的症状评分。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"安神通督开窍"针法对创伤后应激障碍的治疗效果显著,可作为创伤后应激障碍的有效治疗手段。Objective： To observe the effect of electric acupuncture for post-traumatic stress disorder. Methods： 30 cases of post-traumatic stress disorder patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group with 15 cases in each group;the controlled group was treated with sertraline drugs therapy,the treatment group was treated with electric acupuncture on the basis of the controlled group,each case was given marks using the PCL-M,HAMD,and HAMA,separately before the treatment,at the end of the treatment,and 1month after the treatment. Results： The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the controlled group,there was statistical significance between the two groups. Conclusion： The effect is obvious of electric acupuncture for post-traumatic stress disorder can be used as an effective clinical treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder.
