不同枣品种花粉萌发及花粉管生长特性的研究

摘　　要：本研究以14个枣树品种花粉为材料,采用过氧化物酶染色法和花粉离体培养法,并结合显微镜镜检,对相同培养基条件下花粉萌发率和花粉管长度进行了研究。结果表明:供试品种花粉量、花粉管长度、萌发率和生活力有明显差异,花粉生活力与花粉萌发率呈正相关性,而花粉量和花粉管长度与花粉萌发率无明显相关性。Combining with microscope, peroxidase staining and pollen in vitro culture method were used, the pollen germination rate and the length of pollen tube of 14 cuhivars of chinese jujube were studied under the same culture medium. The results showed that there were significant difference in pollen number, pollen tube length, germination rate and viability among different jujube, pollen via- bility and germination rate was positive correlation, pollen number and pollen tube length have no obvious correlation with rate of pollen germination.
