摘 要:平榛是我国重要的野生榛属植物资源,为了更好地对平榛种质资源进行评价及描述,本研究以选自全国5省区14个种源地的99份平榛资源为基础材料,进行了16个坚果数量性状的调查和统计分析。结果表明,平榛坚果数量性状的变异较为丰富,变异幅度在5.77—59.00%。经K—s检验表明,供试性状除果腔系数和壳仁间隙的双侧显著性值小于0.05外,其余均遵从正态分布。对服从正态分布的数量性状统一用概率分级的方法进行分级,据此分级原理,初步建立了平榛种质资源数量性状分级指标体系,为平榛种质资源坚果性状的评价、描述和质量等级的建立提供了参考。Corylus heterophylla Fisch. is one of the important wild Corylus resources in China. In order to better evaluate Corylus heterophylla Fisch resources, 99 samples of Corylus heterophylla Fisch. germplasm from 14 provenances in 5 provinces were collected, and 16 nut quantitative traits were tested in the study. The results showed that, obvious variations presented in nut quantitative traits (the range from 5.77% to 59.00% ). K - S test showed that 14 nut quantitative traits obey normal distribution with the significance value higher than 0.05, while except kernel plumpness and shell kernel clearance. Nut quantitative traits were divided into five degrees by probability grading based on the value of the samples. Grading index system of nut quantitative traits in Corylus heterophylla Fisch. were preliminarily builded in this thesis, which will provide reference for evaluation, description and data standardization of Corylus heterophflla Fisch.
